TNET Africa  established a comprehensive franchisee selection process to identify suitable entrepreneurs. We evaluate applicants based on their entrepreneurial spirit, commitment to the TNET brand, alignment with the company’s values, relevant skills ( ICT skills and  Business management and Marketing /sales qualifications ) and experience in ICT and sales field . This process  includes interviews, background checks, and reference checks to ensure the suitability of potential franchisees.

 

 

There is a  one-month compulsory training held in  Bizana for new franchisees .This is to ensure  the commitment to quality and consistency.

Training program is as follows.

  • Standardized Operations: By training all franchisees in the original Bizana branch, Tnet Africa ensures that all branches operate according to the same standards. This creates a consistent customer experience regardless of location, which is essential for building brand loyalty.
  • Comprehensive Skill Development: The training program covers key areas like operations, marketing, customer service, and equipment usage. This comprehensive approach equips franchisees with the necessary skills to run their businesses effectively.
