Full time hands-on owner/operator. Innovative and honest team player with the willingness and ability to take up the responsibilities of managing his/her own business following the franchisors business systems. Possessing skills to interact with people and fully understand the challenges of a service-driven business.
Training in the Talisman Academy and on-site training. Franchisees and senior staff members will also receive comprehensive training prior to and after opening of the Talisman franchise.
