The SheerGuard SA mission is to present to market a dynamic burglar-proofing system of unsurpassed quality with the added benefit of enhancing aesthetic appeal, successfully merging indoor and outdoor spaces.

The SheerGuard Business model is a culmination of over 30 years of Ricky Walter’s personal experience in starting, building and selling 9 different businesses. Ricky spent a lot of time extracting all the best success strategies from each business and formulating them into an easy-to-use and workable system that makes it simple for a potential business owner to succeed. Training is done in-house in Johannesburg by the franchisor over 3 weeks and includes the following:
- Understanding and embracing the SheerGuard brand
- Tool education theory and practical
- Product knowledge theory and practical
- Sales training
- Presentation training practical
- Administration procedures
- On-site training with existing franchisees
- Ongoing support on new products and lead distribution to relevant areas.
