We offer the following in order to ensure that you have a complete understanding of the operational aspects of the business, Franchisees are required to complete the back-of-house(kitchen) and front-of-house training program. Ongoing and on-the-job training for back-of -house(kitchen) and front-of-house is provided by head office during the course which include regular instore training at our corporate stores.
Franchisees also receive ongoing support based on best practice models and national averages to ensure that profitability of outlets are optimized.
Assistance is provided in compiling business plans for stores as well as the implementation of local store marketing plans designed for maximize turnover.
The potential franchisee should have an entrepreneurial spirit as this is your own business, but you must be prepared to work within strict parameters provided by Head Office, hence providing the necessary guidance.
You should have leadership qualities, must be flexible and friendly and be comfortable to communicate with clients / customers and be able to comfortably handle conflict and criticism. a Flair for marketing and sales will be ideally.
All manuals, training and operating procedures are provided from head office. New franchisees entering the Mike`s system are required to train for a minimum period of six weeks inhouse training at Head Office, The Franchise Co, Cnr Braam Pretorius &
