We select each applicant carefully. CARtime franchise owners don’t need to be mechanically trained, but they do require a level of business acumen and customer focus. Our turnkey operation establishes the CARtime workshop to perform at its best, yet the Franchisee still needs to follow the business system to make it profitable. Our brand prides itself on a unified outlook to continue to grow the network and keep our customers’ vehicles operating safely and smoothly. The unity amongst the franchisees is strong, with constant support from Head Office and fellow franchisees available.
At CARtime we have 2 training centers: in Hillcrest, Kwazulu Natal and in Edenvale, Gauteng. We have continuous training throughout the year, and encourage franchisees and their staff to attend training sessions, to keep up with trends and acquire new skills. Every new franchisee must go through the 3 week training program before opening their new store.
