These are Franchises and businesses who have joined as members of FASA and have agreed to follow FASA’s Code of Ethics.  These franchises businesses and service/product suppliers have been assessed, reviewed, recognised and monitored by FASA to promote and support ethical franchising and to ensure that our members meet specific criteria and quality standards.


The Franchise Association of South Africa is a member of the Small Business Institute  and participates in various efforts by the SBI to lobby government about issues that concern small business.


The Association is also a member of Business Unity South Africa and it serves on the relevant committees to strengthen the voice of franchising at government level particularly concerning issues that could impact negatively on small business.


Accreditation is granted in respect of two categories for franchise companies i.e. Full Membership and Preliminary Membership. Full membership is for established franchise companies while preliminary membership is for new and developing franchise companies.
