All franchisors, regardless of which Award Category is being entered, are required to complete the questionnaire entitled Franchisor Questionnaire (Categories 1, 3, 4, 5 and 6).

  • If you are entering Category 3 – Leading Developer of Emerging Entrepreneurs and/or Category 5 – Brand Builder of the Year, the questionnaires for these categories must be completed in addition to the Franchisor questionnaire.
  • If you are entering Category 4 – Newcomer of the Year and/or Category 6 - Job Creator of the Year, you do not need to fill in any further questionnaires. The Franchisor questionnaire serves as your entry.
  • If you are entering Category 4 – Newcomer of the Year, the date of the signing of the first franchise agreement must be within the last three years. If it is more than three years since the first franchise agreement was signed for this franchise, then your entry falls into the Franchisor of the Year category. The judges reserve the right to move your entry into the correct category.
  • If you are entering Category 2 – Franchisee of the Year and/or Category 7 – Field Service Consultant of the Year, the nominating franchisor has to complete Part 1 of the appropriate questionnaire and then hand the questionnaire on to the nominated franchisee/field service consultant to complete Part 2.

  3. The closing date for entries is 24 February 2017. Any submissions received after this date will not qualify for entry.
