2) Business Coaching

The Results Coach assists individuals to achieve results they did not even think was possible. This is achieved through facilitation and coaching

Just over a decade ago, Larry owned two franchised businesses which were both on the brink of closing. They were literally facing bankruptcy. I began operating them and initially we had 2 area managers who added absolutely no value whatsoever. Eventually both were replaced with 2 high performing individuals. The difference was incredible. Here were individuals who really wanted to make a difference and add value. Eventually both businesses made a dramatic about turn and I believe these 2 area managers played a large part in the success of this turn around.

Having worked with area managers for the last 20 years and was always interested into why some performed at a low level; while others performed at a high level. Together with this interest as well as my own negative and positive experience with area managers in my own businesses led me to developing this incredible programme and the results speak for themselves.

Larry is an entrepreneur, life and business coach, speaker, business consultant and a facilitator. He draws on over 30 years of working with individuals within a corporate and personal environment. He is considered to be a behavioural and mindset expert who assists individuals to change their life by understanding and using the mindset, skillset and action set to rewire their brain, which then leads to achieving their very best in life and business.

He brings more than three decades of business experience with a focus on learning & development, change management and operations. He combines cross-functional experience in franchising, people development, strategic planning, leadership and marketing. Larry has held various senior and executive roles within organisations, including a leading franchise business and a global corporate catering company. He has trained/consulted to various franchise companies across Africa and has presented various programmes in the UK, UAE and USA.

He has worked with a variety of clients, including Mercedes SA, Toyota SA, Ford SA, Nando’s head office, Spur Corp head office, Nedbank, Famous Brands, Liberty Life, Step Up; Let’s Lead, Grant Thornton, Sorbet, Tsogo Sun. He is currently providing business coaching to Nedbank as part of their Enterprise Development Programme, which he has been doing since 2016. He also provides business coaching on an ad hoc and voluntary basis to ORT Jet, which assists entrepreneurs to grow their businesses.  Larry is also a GROW certified business coach, where he assists businesses to improve their people, performance and profit

He leverages his personal experiences in setting up, buying, selling, growing, and identifying key opportunities for growth in business, and has a deep understanding of what it takes to drive and motivate people to achieve high levels of productivity, ultimately leading to success.
