An ever-changing security environment demands change and adaptability to problems and situations. DUAN VAN DEN BERG (MANAGING EXECUTIVE)- Having always been involved in sports and becoming a professional rugby player, taught me that discipline and hard work always supersede talent. As a qualified nutritionist and personal trainer, a door to the security industry opened when I met Leon Mans, the group of companies CEO, in the gymnasium seven years ago. I was appointed as guarding sales representative for APCAN Security in February 2016, and I was promoted to armed response sales manager in June 2018. In March 2020 I was promoted to national group sales manager and currently am the managing executive of NEO-AI, a subsidiary in the group of companies. I am a firm believer that business succeeds on fundamentals such as relationship, trust, loyalty, and above all, service. My team of skilled professionals is what makes us successful.

BALDWIN MUZORIWA (SENIOR SYSTEMS ENGINEER)- Having obtained a qualification in Computer Science over a decade ago and being immersed in the world of computing ever since, with a keen interest in network and system engineering, I entered the Security Technology field eight years ago, honing my expertise in designing and implementing robust system infrastructures. With more thirst for knowledge and realizing the growing importance of data analytics in the digital age, I embarked on a journey to expand my skill set and actively pursuing further education in data analytics, harnessing the power of data to drive informed decision-making. My pursuit to an effective analytical mindset, attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities makes it possible to be an asset in the rapidly evolving field of technology in the Security Industry. I thrive on challenging projects, embracing innovative solutions, and continuously learning and adapting to the dynamic nature of the industry. ULRICH KRUGER (HEAD OF DEPARTMENT- NERVE CENTRE)- I have been working in the security industry for 8 years since 2016. I completed a 45 Day Parra-military Anit-poaching course in 2016 and was awarded the DAGGA-BOY award for the person that could not give up. I completed a full year of foot patrolling in the greater Kruger national park and was awarded the youngest Sargent in the history of the company. I love problem-solving and am up for any challenge. I am also hard-headed and if my mind is made up it remains that way and leads by example.

KEEGAN MITCHELL (KEY ACCOUNTS DEVELOPER)- Over the last 7 Years, I have been working within the security industry, predominantly as a business developer/account manager. Being an entrepreneur at heart and understanding the fundamentals of sales , I have a thorough understanding of how to acquire new business effectively and manage accounts efficiently. Having a background in Procurement and Sales(Various Channels), Crossed with my ability to design efficient forward thinking solutions, I have delivered installed solutions for a multitude of customers and blue chip entities, which not only proved profitable for the business but also ensured that the project was completed under budget, on time, every time, Saving the clients money. Technology is my core focus as I believe that using technology efficiently solves problems that humans can’t be trusted to solve. The human factor in security should be to compliment the technology and not vice versa.

PIETER MAREE (HEAD OF DEPARTMENT- SALES)- With a diverse background and extensive experience in both technical and sales roles, I bring a unique perspective to my position. Before joining NEO-AI Technologies, I worked as a technician where I honed my understanding of the field and gained invaluable technical expertise. Over the past six years, I have transitioned into the sales industry, where I have thrived and excelled. My technical background has given me a deep understanding of the products and services I sell, allowing me to effectively communicate their value to clients. I am known for my strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and ability to build strong relationships with clients. I am committed to driving growth and delivering exceptional results for NEO-AI Technologies, leveraging both my technical knowledge and sales expertise to propel the company forward in the ever-evolving AI industry.

DIVAN VAN STADEN (BUSINESS DEVELOPER)- I maintain a high level of work ethics and strive to exceed performance requirements. OKKIE NEL (BUSINESS DEVELOPER)- I began my career as a flying squad member responsible for high priority crime. I then joined the RIOT Unit as a reaction team leader and moved on to being a detective in the Stock Theft Unit. In 1997 I started my career in the Security Industry serving the community for 24 years. Throughout my career I have been a strong leader for community policing and remained steadfast in my commitment to problem solving and preventing crime. I am currently chairman of security forums at two police stations. Motivated by my love for the land and for farming, I enjoy being a part time farmer and taking part in outdoor activities. At NEO-AI I share my personal and career experience to assist you in minimising your risk. I am also responsible for the development of new business growth, attracting new clients and maintaining client relationships with Business Networks.

REECE ROTHFUSZ (BUSINESS DEVELOPER)- Serving my Fifth year in the security industry having started in the distribution of security equipment having the opportunity work with world recognized brand Texecom, has given me the passion for security working closely with clients and ensuring client relationships are obtained and built professionally has led me to building my carrier in the sales position. I have had the opportunity to run a family business for Three years, has given me exposure to a Managing perspective of a company and managing vast staffing compliments has taught me how to handle stressful situations.
I’m a person that can handle stressful situations in any environment and strive to deliver a high quality of customer service and problem solving.
