We have constructed how real estate is bought and sold.  We’re NOT real estate agents or brokers, we’re something different, something we believe is much better.  We provide sellers with all the tools required to successfully and confidently sell their property on their own at a fixed rate, not a percentage of the value of the home.

Ultimately, we help buyers and sellers avoid the high cost of commission by connecting directly.

The operation in South Africa was incorporated in 2019 and commenced operations in 2020 and has not previously been involved in any other franchise operations.  Globally the business began in 1998.

The opportunity includes the potential Franchisee having exclusive marketing rights to an Area.  In addition to a community of professionals to service a seller, provision will be made for Communications to the Market, Administration, Technology Platform and a Resource Centre.

Franchisees will benefit from, firstly the positive recognition of the established brand, and further from the vast growth potential of the business.

The Franchisor continues to negotiate with suppliers in order to obtain the very best of prices on products, and strive to ensure the best competitive stance for all Franchisees.

The Franchisor constantly reviews the business in terms of consumer trends and needs, and provide the improved business strategies to Franchisees, allowing them to constantly stay ahead of the competition, both in respect of the South African market, and on a global scale

The Business System will be made available to the Franchisee and also make available the Intellectual Property licensed to the Franchisor;

The Franchisor will assist and advise the Franchisee on matters relating to the establishment of the Franchised Business, that will include the Trade Dress; Premises; establishment of the Franchisee business and the Operations Manual; and

Provide the Franchisee marketing materials and a list of approved suppliers.

Strong hard working lead generators.  Sales mindset is vital.  Knowledge of the real estate industry will be beneficial.

Prior to the opening of the Franchised Business, the Franchisor shall provide to two designates of the Franchisee an initial PGU training program (usually 1 week), PGU must be completed successfully as a pre-requisite to opening the Franchised Business.

The Franchisor shall provide initial training to the Franchisee and shall provide additional
training, from time to time, the costs of which shall be for the Franchisee’s account

The Franchisor will disclose improvements, new programme material and themes, products and advertising developments in the Business System to the Franchisee and will provide such further training to the Franchisee and other persons engaged in the conduct of the Franchised Business as the Franchisor considers necessary.

The Franchisor will provide reasonable assistance to the Franchisee in endeavouring to overcome problems which the Franchisee may experience in operating the Franchised Business, and for this purpose will make available to the Franchisee suitably qualified personnel to assist the Franchisee.
