Our Business is a leader in the field of developing learning skills. The company was established in 1989 making us 33 years old. We currently have 18 Franchisees and 9 Regional offices in South Africa. We provide services to Schools, work with students and parents, sell an educational solution to individuals and to companies, a franchisee would manage marketing, cash flow, staff, admin and teachers and get support from the Franchisor, and other Franchisees.

At Human Progress Management, our core service is facilitating/teaching learners and delegates. We teach the necessary learning skills to empower them to achieve their ultimate goals. Some of the skills we focus on are Reading, Listening, Summarising, how to apply your long term memory and doing summaries, Exam skills and more. Through sub-contracted services, our suppliers also provide subject choice advice to students at Educational Institutions.

My name is Ian Briggs, I am a family man, with an amazing wife and an awesome son. I started my journey with HPM 10 years ago as a marketer. From there became a manager, then a Franchisee, after which I bought part of a Region of HPM. In September of 2017, I bought out the previous owner (Franchisor). Having worked at every level of the company I have insight and vision to grow the business.

Having a Business that gives you the flexibility of time, the opportunity to work with people, the opportunity to influence students/individuals in a positive way. Although there is a lot of hard work the reward is great, especially when students are transformed in terms of their study methods. Being part of a business where the main goals are to help and build up our clients in more ways than one.

Will be working with professionals and non-professionals, must have excellent planning skills and strategies, must be able to work under pressure, have excellent management skills, be able to work with finances, have problem-solving skills,  Must be exceptional in sales. Having a teacher or qualified facilitators background could be in your favour if you are going to facilitates/teach classes yourself, or you will have to employ competent staff/teachers for the classes/services to our clients.

Head office will facilitate the Franchisee Training,

An HPM Proficient Facilitator/Teacher trainer will be training your Facilitators/teachers.

Head office will appoint a marketer trainer or supply marketing training.

Human Progress Management currently has a Franchise available in Limpopo. The area is vast and the potential is great. A local (to Polokwane) dynamic person would be ideal. Anyone interested please send me your CV and we can start the screening process.
