In 1992 the very first Col’Cacchio Pizzeria was opened in Foreshore, Cape Town, offering delectable gourmet artisanal wood-fired pizzas, sumptuous pastas and gourmet salads. The vision was to build a restaurant that would serve the mostn mouthwatering Italian inspired meals made with love and the finest, freshest ingredients. It wasn’t long before the Col’Cacchio magic spread and captured the taste buds of South Africans.

The key to Col’Cacchio growth is their commitment to maintaining the high level of quality artisanal food that made our first restaurant such a success, keeping up with trends and innovations, maintaining a hands-on, can – do approach and our pure unadulterated passion for all things pizza!

Today, 29 years later, the group has branches in RSA and Namibia, with further restaurants set to launch in Mauritius and Africa in 2022.

Col’Cacchio pizzeria is a restaurant franchise specialising in Italian inspired cuisine including artisanal wood-fired pizzas, sumptuous pastas and gourmet salads.

Underpinned by a high-performance culture; within the gourmet – handmade WOOD-FIRED pizza and pasta food services we have exposure to growth markets; as well as a compelling business proposition for franchise partners and quality solutions for customers.

Col’Cacchio seeks passionate, energetic owner-operators who are action orientated and thrive on attention to detail and customer service. Good communication, management, organisational and social skills are essential to join the Col’Cacchio famiglia.

A 6 – 8 weeks intensive course for kitchen staff, waitrons, managers and franchisees is provided.
