COMPETITION LAW UPDATE


 
 

On 15 June 2015, the draft terms of reference were published by the Competition Commission for an inquiry into the general state of competition in the grocery retail sector, in regard to which the Commission called for public comment.  The Commission has now finalised and published the final terms of reference for the inquiry.
