FASA'S plans for 2014

As 2013 comes to a close, FASA and franchise companies can hold their heads up high that franchising has once again bucked the downturn trend to fare far better than most businesses. Conducted by FASA together with researcher Margaret Constantaras and sponsored by Sanlam, the research surveyed existing systems, identified new franchised systems, their franchisor management and staff, franchisees and their employees as well as the sector's contribution to BEE. Expansion, both in South Africa and in other African countries and abroad will assist franchise companies in determining not only local growth but its exponential growth outside its borders. The full survey result report can be downloaded by clicking on the 'Buy Now' link on the FASA website www.fasa.co.za and costs R300 per download.
